
On behalf of Japan Students Services Organization (JASSO) head office Tokyo Japan, Mosai conduct the EJU Examination in June & November of each year in Delhi under supervision of Embassy of Japan, New Delhi.
Those who pass the examination are eligible to enroll in a Japanese Universities(under graduate or post graduate school),Junior college and Special training college( technical courses). Those who get Top Rank Score in the examination can also get selected for a scholarship (about Yen. 52,000 per month)
Purpose of Examination:
The one-day Examination has two parts. Part one is to evaluate the Japanese Language Proficiency exam medium only Japanese and Part two is to evaluate the basic academic abilities in mathematics/ Science/Social Science (at Higher Secondary level)medium Japanese/English.
Eligibility:
- Minimum educational qualification to appear for the test is Class 11th or higher.

Simple steps to be followed to apply online.
STEP 1: Preparation before opening the on-line application link
(A) Keep Scanned Image of your Passport size photograph ready for uploading. Scanned image should meet the following specifications:
- It should be in jpg or jpeg format
- It should be between 100 KB to 200 KB only
- Photo Dimension should be dimension ratio is “4 in length and 3″in width only.
- Sample of correct photo accepted in EJU exam .pdf.

In the event of any discrepancies between the Japanese version and the English or other language versions of these EJU Bulletin, the Japanese version shall be considered the official text

- Japanese as a Foreign Language :Two themes will be given, select and answer either one. You must circle your selection number of the theme on the answer sheet on the examination day.
- Science: consists of "physics", "chemistry" and "biology". There is one booklet for science. Select two subjects from "physics", "chemistry" and "biology" on the examination day.
- Mathematics : consists of "Course 1" and "Course 2". There is one booklet for mathematics.
Select either "Course 1" or "Course 2" on the examination day.
Protection of Personal Information: JASSO will not disclose your personal information (such as your name, date of birth, country/region, address, photograph, scores, answers, etc.) to any third party without your permission, except where required for score reporting, administration of the examination, or as required by law. If fraudulent or prohibited behavior is confirmed, JASSO may notify the relevant institutions and invalidate the examination results. **
(B) Decide on mode of on-line payment of fee (Credit/debit card or net banking). Be ready with password etc. required for the selected mode.
STEP 2: First signup & confirm your e-mail by clicking on the link (received in inbox/spam)
Now open the form, fill it up and pay the fees Rs.1350/-.
After payment, filled in application form will be shown with a Transaction number. Application without Transaction number will not be considered.
STEP 3: Take a Print out of filled in form. Keep it for your record. You may need it for future reference. You will also receive email at the email address mentioned in the form confirming receipt of the application.
